We are super excited to announce that this year instead of the Boat Parade there will be an Angler Meet & Greet!
From 4:30 – 6:30 pm on Thursday May 25th, Front St from Rainy River Meats to CIBC will be closed to through traffic. Anglers will be lined up with their boats for fans and the public to have a chance to get an up close view of some of these awesome rigs! Meet the anglers, get a picture with your favourite team, get some tips from the pros, and of course don’t forget to bring a bag to collect all your candy and loot that the very generous anglers will be handing out!
Anglers, this is your chance to get creative and interactive with the public, there will be prizes for People’s Choice and Commitee Choice! Fans can visit the Committee booth located on Front St to vote for their favourite team. While at the Committee booth don’t forget to purchase your ticket for the raffle – the boat will be there so you can see what you may win!
